Etcetera Morris Men are based in Enfield, a town some 12 miles north of London and just within the boundary of the M25 (see map opposite). As stated on the welcome screen, Etcetera Morris Men meet and practice at the Professional Development Centre (or PDC) in Enfield. By Car
- From the north - via the M25
- Leave the M25 at junction 25 and head south along the A10 towards Enfield.
- Continue straight over three sets of traffic lights (the third of these being a pedestrian crossing). As you near a fourth set of traffic lights (with Homebase on your left-hand side) the road opens into three lanes - it is recommended that you place yourself in the far right-hand land as soon as possible as you will soon be turning right.
- Continue straight over this fourth set of traffic lights and then straight over a fifth set. Directly after this fifth set of traffic lights navigate into the slip lane on the right-hand side which is the lane used to turn right into Southbury Road.
- Heading along Southbury Road towards Enfield Town, Kimberley Gardens is the sixth turning on the right. (Another way of remembering it is that Kimberley Gardens is the third turning on the right once you have passed the pedestrian crossing outside the Primary School.)
- Drive down Kimberley Gardens, straight over Sketty Road and into the car park outside the PDC directly opposite.
- From the south - via the North Circular (A406)
- Leave the North Circular (A406) at the Great Cambridge Junction - bearing left to bring you up on to the Great Cambridge Junction roundabout.
- On the Great Cambridge Junction roundabout take the first exit to head north along the A10 towards Enfield.
- Continue straight over three sets of traffic lights and then turn left at the fourth set - bringing you into Southbury Road.
- Heading along Southbury Road towards Enfield Town, Kimberley Gardens is the sixth turning on the right. (Another way of remembering it is that Kimberley Gardens is the third turning on the right once you have passed the pedestrian crossing outside the Primary School.)
- Drive down Kimberley Gardens, straight over Sketty Road and into the car park outside the PDC directly opposite.
Location of the Enfield Professional Development Centre
By Train
- The nearest train station is Enfield Town, but Enfield Chase and Southbury are also available.
- From Enfield Town train station - exit the station and turn right, to walk away from Enfield Town itself. Kimberley Gardens is the third road on your left. Turn down Kimberley Gardens, cross over Sketty Road, and the PDC is directly opposite at the end of Kimberley Gardens.
- From Enfield Chase train station - exit the station and turn right, heading down Windmill Hill and into Enfield Town. Walk straight through the town. As long as you keep heading east you should find yourself at Enfield Town train station - from there follow the directions as above.
- From Southbury train station - exit the station and turn left onto Southbury Road, walking down the hill. Cross over the entrance for Pickfords and continue straight across at the junction for the supermarkets (there is a RBS building on the left-hand side). Continue on to the major junction of the A10 meeting Southbury Road. Cross over the A10 and continue up Southbury Road. After the A10, Kimberley Gardens is the sixth turning on the right.
By Bus
- There are numerous busses that travel to Enfield Town including 121, 191, 192, 231, 307, 313, 317 and 329.
